As a 16-year old in a generation shaped by social media, COVID, and constant access to technology, we are seeing a hunger for Truth like never before. Our mission is to show my generation the Truth and freedom in Jesus while inspiring them to live a lifestyle of evangelism.

Reaching the next generation with the Gospel and the love of Jesus through authentic conversations, digital media, and real-life evangelism.

The Vision

A Christ-centered media ministry producing podcast interviews, livestream evangelism, and social media resources that inspire young people to know, follow, and share Jesus.

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Matthew 28:19-20

The internet is being flooded with mindless, negative, and harmful content:

let’s change that.

03The Model

The Model

A content engine built on two rhythms, multiplied across every platform where young people already are.

Weeks One & Three

Podcast Interviews

Honest long-form conversations with pastors, leaders, and creators. Real questions, real testimony, no performance.

Weeks Two & Four

Livestream Evangelism

Raw Gospel conversations, everyday life, and authentic moments showing that following Jesus is fun and even funny, while teaching Gen Z and Gen A how to evangelize and live it as a lifestyle.

A livestream evangelism conversation in progress on the street

The Approach

Why streaming?

We go live because a lifestyle of evangelism has to be seen, not just described. Twice a month we take the Gospel to the street and stream those conversations as they happen, unscripted and unedited.

There is no second take on the sidewalk. A livestream keeps evangelism honest: what the camera catches is a real person meeting the love of Jesus, and that authenticity is exactly what reaches a generation tired of performance.

Most creators only post the highlight. Our streams show the part almost no one shows: how a Gospel conversation actually starts, the walk up, the first question, the nerves and the breakthrough. Evangelism should feel possible, not intimidating.

And it is not heavy or stiff. We want teens to see that following Jesus is full of joy and real fun, and that a lifestyle of evangelism can be the most alive thing a young person ever steps into.

Trusted adult mentors are present at every stream. Portable gear and nationwide mobile internet let us broadcast from almost anywhere, and every stream becomes the raw material for weeks of clips.

The Multiplication Layer

Every long-form video becomes dozens of short clips, distributed across main accounts and a network of clipping accounts. One recording day works for months.

Millions

People reached with the Gospel

The Strategy

Why clipping?

Our mission is to bring the Gospel to people who may never walk into a church. Street evangelism lets us reach hundreds of people each month face to face. Strategic content distribution lets those same conversations reach hundreds of thousands, even millions, online.

Clipping is how we do it. Clipping is when we take our podcasts, livestreams, and street evangelism conversations and turn them into short, engaging video clips distributed across YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook.

Rather than relying on the performance of one social media account, content clippers (video editors) create pages dedicated to this ministry that amplify our reach for large scale distribution, allowing our content to reach millions of accounts from many accounts rather than just one.

Every livestream, podcast episode, and street conversation can produce dozens of clips. One day of ministry becomes weeks of content that keeps reaching people long after the conversation ends.

As the ministry grows, we plan to invest $5,000 to $10,000 per month into clipping and distribution. Based on current industry performance, that level of investment can generate hundreds of millions of additional video views every month, carrying the Gospel across the United States and around the world.

This strategy prioritizes in person ministry and multiplies it. Every conversation on the street now has the chance to impact not just the person standing in front of us, but thousands more who will watch, share, and engage online.

The Strategy, In Motion

Here’s how clipping works

Curious about the details? Open any drawer below and go as deep as you like. Prefer the short version? The result is at the bottom, and the ask is right after it.

The result

0 souls

reached with the Gospel by one fully spent $5,000 budget

That number is guaranteed, not hoped for: at $1 per 1,000 views, the budget only ever pays for views that already happened. And then something surprising happens on top of it.

$5,000 fully spent

Guaranteed

$1 buys 1,000 real views. The budget cannot run out before the views happen.

The bonus

When a clip hits its payout cap the money stops, but the clip keeps playing. Free.

One $5,000 month: around 7,500,000 views carrying the Gospel.

The goal is simple: maximize every ministry opportunity so that each conversation has the greatest possible Kingdom impact.

05The Roadmap

The Roadmap

Months of quiet work, then a launch with nothing left to chance.

  1. May to Jul 2026

    Foundation

Prayer, mentorship, and refining the vision before anything is built.

  2. Jul to Aug 2026

    Fundraising

Raising the $40,000 goal, primarily through fundraising, to fund equipment, production, and the first months of ministry.

  3. Aug to Dec 2026

    Production Season

This will be a season of preparation focused on filming, editing, planning, and most importantly, prayer. This will also give David time to learn to balance ministry, school, and everyday life in a healthy way. Before launch, we will complete 10 podcast episodes and 100+ short-form clips, and have all equipment and a full streaming plan ready. Streaming will not begin until launch day. All travel and filming will be done on weekends and school breaks.

  4. January 1, 2027

    Launch

With preparation, weekly releases will begin. Podcast interviews on weeks 1 & 3 and evangelism streams on weeks 2 & 4. The date may come earlier depending on how quickly fundraising and preparation come together.

  5. 2027 Onward

    Sustainable Growth

Consistent weekly output and an expanding team, alongside constant prayer, counsel and mentorship.

06Accountability

Accountability

David operates under accountability and shared trust.

Spiritual mentorship and financial transparency are commitments, not intentions. Every part of this ministry sits under the counsel of the people below.

Portrait of Larry Owens

Primary Mentor

Larry Owens

Larry has been both a mentor and a father figure to David these past two years, and has been pouring into teenagers for many years. As a school counselor, he and his wife Tammy launched their student ministry in Boyd, Texas in 2017. David meets with Larry weekly for counseling, where he continues to receive guidance, encouragement, and accountability.

Portrait of Ryan Miller

Mentor

Ryan Miller

Ryan has been pouring into David for a little over a year. Living close to each other, they grew a close relationship, and David had the opportunity to work with Ryan and his team as they carry a big vision with constant content production and heavy ministry tasks, which taught David the true weight behind ministry through content creation. As Ryan plans to move states, they will continue to talk regularly for wisdom and accountability.

Portrait of Bryce Crawford

Mentor

Bryce Crawford

Bryce has been mentoring David for the past two years. As someone who carries a similar vision and leads his own ministry, Bryce provides wisdom, encouragement, and practical advice as this ministry develops. Because he does not live nearby, Bryce and David connect one to two times each month to discuss ministry, leadership, and long-term vision.

Stewardship

Donor Trust & Financial Stewardship

We believe every form of income to this ministry is ultimately God’s, and we are committed to stewarding it with integrity, transparency, and accountability.

Financial Oversight

Our ministry operates under the oversight and 501(c)(3) umbrella of BCG Ministries, led by Larry Owens. This partnership provides established nonprofit governance, financial accountability, and board oversight as we continue to grow.

All ministry income, including donations, merch revenue, brand partnerships and social media monetization, is received by the ministry and managed through its financial oversight process. No funds are paid directly to individuals outside of the ministry's approved procedures.

How Team Members Are Paid

Team members who serve in ongoing ministry roles may be compensated as W-2 employees, while individuals hired for one-time or project-based work may be compensated as 1099 independent contractors, when appropriate and in accordance with IRS guidelines.

All compensation is reviewed and approved through the ministry's established board oversight process to ensure it is reasonable, transparent, and aligned with nonprofit best practices.

Where Ministry Income Goes

Donations
Ministry operations, outreach expenses, video clipping and content distribution, and generosity initiatives and ministry expansion.
Merchandise revenue
As merchandise sales grow, profits will be reinvested into expanding our reach through additional clipping, content distribution, and ministry growth.
Brand partnerships
A significant portion of approved partnership revenue will be invested into future ministry projects, equipment, and long-term growth, while the remainder supports ongoing ministry operations.

David’s Source of Income & Financial Commitment

We are committed to ensuring that David's personal compensation comes only from platform-generated revenue, such as YouTube monetization. David does not receive personal income from donations, merchandise profits, or brand partnerships. Those funds remain dedicated to supporting the mission, ministry operations, content distribution, and future growth.

All platform monetization revenue is first received by the ministry and becomes part of the ministry's income. Rather than David receiving these funds directly, the BCG Ministries board oversees and approves his compensation through the ministry's payroll process as a W-2 employee.

The ministry intends for platform monetization revenue to be used to support David's monthly compensation, with the final amount determined and approved by the BCG Ministries board based on the ministry's financial position and applicable nonprofit guidelines. This structure provides transparency, accountability, and ensures that all compensation decisions are handled with proper oversight.

The Commitment That Matters Most

Platform monetization is David’s only personal income. He takes nothing from donations, merch, or partnerships.
